To coincide with the soft relaunch of the new Truprint brand, we developed and implemented a marketing and content plan, social campaign, CRM promo plan and life cycle program, a regional OOH campaign, and digital design.
We created a social-led marketing and content plan and blog series with Truprint’s new ‘true to life’ brand messaging right at the heart of our creative thinking. We created a series of content called ‘True Stories’ – real people, their real stories and real photos.
We gathered User Generated Content and authentic stories by running a weekly ‘True Tuesdays’ social media competition, which we then used to create a blog series. As well as content-led organic social activity, we also took control of Truprint’s paid social activity across Facebook & Instagram.
Using a mixture of Remarketing and Prospecting ads, different ad formats, and multiple variations of creative, we were able to transform Truprint’s paid social activity into a well-oiled, traffic-driving, revenue-generating machine.
Organic social posts generated massive engagement, blog readership rose sharply – as did Truprint’s cross-platform social following.
In real terms, blog views increased by 409%. Traffic to the Truprint website, driven from social, increased by 75%. In turn, this also led to a 359% increase in last-click social revenue for Truprint. We also managed to grow Truprint’s combined social following by 400%.
